Hey My cars gonna need new front tyres soon, currently Ps3s all round but been quoted £260 for two at my local garage so might have to change to hankook v12s. Can anyone recommend where they get there tyres from/fitted in the northwest at a reasonable price? Also are the ps3s worth the extra...

I would fit the old filter back on and see if the problem goes then at least you know its definitely the air filter causing the problem. If the engines getting more air it could be causing the mass air flow meter to get in-accurate readings hence the engine management light.

How are you getting airflow to the filter? I'm not familiar with MK3 engine bays

As above wait for the nexus 5 or the LG G2 pretty good.

Mine had an issue where it wouldn't go above 3000 rpm at random intervals, had it on the computer countless times but never found any answers, took it off the road not long after and used it as a field car.

I would like to try it out been impressed with autofinesse products so far.

Just thinking my mate has his M3 insured on one of those low mileage schemes and the insurer gave him a free tracker to monitor the mileage, might be worth it if your not doing massive miles.

As above could do with an update to more recent tyres, not sure if I fancy shelling out £110 each for new pilot 3s

I think they use GPS so in theory it should be in the same boat as a tracker.

A cheap way would be to use an old mobile with gps wired to the battery on pay as you go. Although I think the best deterrent is to put it in a garage or somewhere it's hard to get machinery to it.

Will it go above 3000 revs when it does this?

You could get a Canon 450D for under £200 second hand possibly even a 500D. If you just want some great shots of your car get in touch with some aspiring photographers most will take some decent shots for free as long as you let them use the images and give them some free advertising.

Search for the polyflex exhaust mount guide on here £12 and abit of DIY

Made my own from steel box section that attachs to the back of the car.

Decided to also tackle the perished exhaust mounts following a guide on the forums. During After Next up is the Dogbone mount and sprucing up the interior then engine bay.

Figured since I started fixing/changing some things on the 182 I would keep a record for future reference. After repairing some bonnet chips I gave the car a full detail ready for winter annoyingly it started to rain so couldn't get any good photos.
