Buy/fit tyres in the N/W?

My cars gonna need new front tyres soon, currently Ps3s all round but been quoted £260 for two at my local garage so might have to change to hankook v12s.

Can anyone recommend where they get there tyres from/fitted in the northwest at a reasonable price?

Also are the ps3s worth the extra over hankooks?
