A few new pics of my Cup (with the 'new' mod...)

I don't normally stick my neck out like this... but i'd go as far as to say yours is my favourite Cup. If you had Pole Positions, it'd be perfect! ;)

    Chester today... few spots.

Firstly... gimp boy in a 1.2 trying to prove himself by catching me up, undertaking me then cutting me up in a town centre. And all with your young lad in a baby seat in the back. Awesome. Other than that... Racing Blue 182 Cup: Followed you around the Collusium type thing, near Pizza...

My 172 and Mates EK9 Civic Type R

Yeah facelift/Rx. Rx's came with all that, yeah... plus the facelifts came with a better centre console, too. Old skool still looks ace though!
  18. Christopher

    Washer bottle replacement

Sure it's coming from the bottle? The feed lines to the headlight washers are the usual culprits.

My 172 and Mates EK9 Civic Type R

Yeah, I know... he could sell them on EK9.org for a decent price though. Then use the money towards buying an Rx bumper. ;)

My 172 and Mates EK9 Civic Type R

EK9 is awesome. Could do with a little drop and binning of those spotlights. 172 looks great, as always.
  21. Christopher

    172 and 182. Difference?

Wheelbase is the same. lol The 182 also has pretty silver dots on the alcantara seats. And lovely silver seatbelts.
  22. Christopher

    Phew!

LOL @ being worried about it? :S Yours has had the belts done though. Mine was still on it's OE cambelt.
  23. Christopher

    discs and pads

D'oh! Yeah, give them a shot mate. I've never looked back.
  24. Christopher

    discs and pads

DS's are 80% as good, but have 80% less drawbacks! Plus, you don't need to factor in wheels as consumables.
  25. Christopher

    1.2 Throttle Body

For the benefit you'd get, it's not worth it IMO. Unless it's the actual reason the car's running badly.
  26. Christopher

    discs and pads

^^Yep! Horrible things, the CL's. They eat your wheels, squeel like a tw*t and are iffy when cold.
  27. Christopher

    1.2 Throttle Body

Yup. Yours is the awkward one. It's right underneath a plastic plenum. Right under the back of the engine itself.
  28. Christopher

Good Garage's for a belt change........

Not a massive job with the right tools... mainly the locking tool. Did mine yesterday and it took two people four hours, including the 60k service, accessory belt, tensioner and new front discs and pads.
  29. Christopher

    Gordini Stripes...

I get that already... with it being an inch from the deck, with white wheels. lol Hmm, dunno though. Might just get them for FCS, if I can get them cheaply. I need to see them on the car to decide... might end up keeping them though :o
