Yes will fit, the issue is surounding the speedo drive sensor. Later cars dont have one as the ecu/speedo takes its input off the ABS sensors. If you buy a box with a sensor and your car doesnt have one its no big deal. But buying a box without a sensor if your car needs one will leave you with...

Phase 1.5/phase 2 uses single line setup so has different fuel pump too. Not a common problem so just get hold of a used phase 1 rail .
