I was in the same boat not long ago. Looked at 197s as not fan of the 200 front end Ended up in a 182 trophy.. I do like the 197s but come with fair few bills if not already done.

I'd weigh up what the car owes you plus the couple fo grand, if you can find another as good as yours and go from there. Starting to sink big money into a car you've got to ask yourself if its worth it..

I'd change the rear plate too for clean/non drilled to match imo. Awesome work so far, nice car.

Haha I paid £9,000 for mine on 40k miles iirc, sold it for £10,000 a year later, was self employed. One car I do regret selling.

For me one of the best handling cars I've had on the road. I had no issues with it. Rare sight on the roads now.

I've got a ph1 in my trophy, you just replace the whole stick as the knob doesn't come off the ph1s. Big improvement whilst still oem.

Have done bits n bobs on the trophy. But limited as my tools, car jack/stands are with friends and family before this lockdown happened.. Bought some new front springs just because they will be hard to get hold of in the future.. Bought new clamp and put some exhaust paste on the join so...
