AG200 Rescue

Busy morning today. PMS stud conversion done. Extended studs fitted for the 20mm spacer fitment.

Hubs and studs cleaned with Loctite cleaner.

Loctite 2700 applied to studs.

Studs fitted and torqued to 20Nm. Then left to set for 4 hrs.

Studs in place.

Wheels fitted and studs in situe.

Gave the car a quick run out to make sure the studs and nuts were OK.

Started to heap wrap the Toyo Sports manifold but ran out of heat wrap...................... DOH.

Few new parts arrived.
YSR Coilover kit.

Sabelt steering wheel from Volantech.

Made the most of the lockdown and fitted the steering wheel today.

Steering wheel off to fit some 3.3ohm resistors for the airbag light.

£4 off ebay and work a treat.

Gave the battery covers a lick of paint. Turned out quite well.

Yeah the green are for the horn and the black for the CC.

Little update on some parts etc.

TRS wheel cover arrived last week. Keeps the suede looking fresh.

Full carbon trim from Carbon Skins.

Fitted one part so far to get a feel.

Few more service and suspension parts also arrived.

Few sets of brake lines ordered (3 by mistake............ DOH!!). Sold now though.

Used to see this car years ago and is originally from Edinburgh, It was around alot and it was an older gent it had it.

Little heavy on the carbon for my taste, I think I'd put the silver door pulls (bit you pull to open the door) on to break up the doors (with the carbon back/surround) if that makes sense.

I love the gear knob and gaiter though, is that a chop it off job?
