Well the Loton continues to serve me well. It stood for over a week in these freezing temperatures and started first time. The only problem its suffereing from is the handbrake light stays on for a few minutes after its been stood in the cold. The switch is sticking.

using 2mm for fuel pumps, wipers, blower, coil power, injector power (then splits into 4x1mm to feed them) alternator IND, starter trigger, etc All the high powered stuff.
Icuras said you can get away with 1.5mm wire but they only did 5 colours.

Dave im not using diagrams, make it up as I go along, its not that hard. Using 1mm cable for lights and sensors, 2mm for everthing else.
All completely from scratch, no Renault loom at all
