I bought 2 this week, my local Partco hand them on the shlef and were less than £2.50 each with trade dscount.
Just looked on ebay and they are £10 with postage
Could try a local exhaust centre, they may have some or get you one no probs
Ph1 in a colour other than silver. BUT whatever you get budget for having the belts done. Best to knw they have been done and properly, than to beleive a bit of paper that says they have been done

1144's are very, very good for the money. Hard to justify the DS2500's unless you do a lot of track work imo.
What are you using the car for?
Get it checked out properly (garage/specialist/fault code reader etc)
No point wasting a shead load of money chucking bits at it based on opinions and armchair diagnisis (the norm on here)
We dont go there naymore because its not central enough for the 4 of us who actually go. Feel free to try and organise something yourself.
Our meets are just a group of friends thing now. I dont even drive a Clio on the road anymore
