Try a local hydralics place or maybe a hire shop. You need to find somewhere that has a box of assorted 'O' Rings for you to match one up. Failing that you will have to buy a box, try Screwfix

Mk2 phase 1's have either a single bulb (H4) lamp or the twin ones like a 172. the higher spec models had them. The dip bulb is very strange (cant remembe the number for it) and not commonly used in other cars (most use H7, H1 and H4)

Depends on the car mate but i had a similar spring rates with my old H&R's

Springs I run 80 newtons (450 and a bit lbs) at the front and 78.5newtons (450lbs) on the rear iirc track set up off the shelf is 450/400
