Probably not a charging fault if the car has only been running for a few hours on a new battery (Ive known people run foir a week with no alternator and a new battery) But as i said could be a shorting alterntor. Silly to guess tho
As SBV says you have a current drian. It could be so many things it would take weeks to talk you through it all.
For example, it could be, alternator shorting to ground, wiring loom short, ecu not sutting down properly, relays stuck, central locking motor jammed...... the list goes on.
Get it...
I know what your saying but the engine bay wasnt that clean really. Shame. We all had a little look when it was on the rollers earlier in the day. Work of art
Good work on the brake ducts bud, liking the deflectors. May have to get some of those if JMS were able to supply?
That sensor thing youve adjusted? is that for the esp? does it work the xenon leveling too? Have you noticed a difference since?
^You got a pic? As said 182's dont have external filters, yea the pump is inside the tank. Filter (IF FITTED) is on the right hand side of the tank.
Maybe the Aus spec ones have them?
Better late than never. My spring rates................
Front - 170-60-0080 Dark Red Eibach
Rear - 0500-200-0400 Black Eibach
So front being rated in newtons and rears in lbs I have 450lbs front and 400lbs rear.
Got some 450lb rear ones on order tho, wanna buy a pair of 400lb/70N rear...
Yea happy with the engine now, drives so much better with the new body. Must of been gettin slowly worse for ages.
Its a good figure considering it still has the cat (for now)
Fitted another throttle body I got off Andy @GDI yesterday. Its possibly a Megane one as its slightly different externaly. its improved the drivability 100% and also cured the high idle speed/sticking throttle. needed to modify the cable a little, no biggy.
Still no closer to sorting the brake...
why would you want too, its hotter down there in the summer. Plus it would have to bend more, Ive kept mine a straight as poss. Ideally id remove the fuse box and make a heat shield but cant see its going to make a massive difference
From what I was told they are just madder.
Cant say from a technical point of veiw. Andy/Dany will know more.
I only know they would be suitable coz I asked about them for mine. They wont need any piston mods iirc
If bolted straight to the bend in front of the rad. I know its been tested. id of thought with cold air getting to mine by being in the far corner of the bay under the headlamp that it would be ok.
Sounds mint tho so i dont care
Lol, sorry.
The car in question had a home made filter on it using some itg thing and a cold air feed. It made 130bhp (ran twice to make sure)
We fitted my indction kit to it (Using Bombers 90degree bend coz my 45 would fit due to the car having the battery still in the oe position) and it...

I'll have a quick scan throught the results if you like, got all the pdf's here. Didnt bother writing them down like last year coz all we had was armchair tuners saying it was all a load of b****cks...
