    a shagged/sticing throttle cable can cause this too. If its not been replaced then it could be knackered. Had this on mine, Bomber's, willT's etc etc

    Yep thats right. Battery cable (the big one) and a small wire fr the battery light, No more, no less Bolted to the engine so its earthed already

    Bit confused by that. so I update the standard ecu settings first, then load on the group N file? Why is the Group N file named .rst when it is a calabration file? I was just told by someone to load the group N .rst file as the ecu update. then the 98ron.cal file

    meh, my escort one works fine cost me £8 and weighs less than the phase 1 fan unit did. Might be worth rigging up some wires just to make sure the fan works first before you get in a mess trying to figure it out

    Not much to report atm. Bought a unlock key off Henk to use RS tuner on it. Will be loading the Group N onto it soon to give us a bit more revs when needed. Also booked in on the 1st of May with Curtis for a 'proper' setup

    Improvement over a Piercroiss viper. It was probably less coz he was assuming he gained 10bhp from the inlets. But phase 1's are well known to have the worst inlets of the lot so it could be more of a gain from that and less from the airfilter Viper is well s**t tho
