Always set your tyre pressures HOT. (track use)
Ive just got back from Bedford and the R888's had absolutley spot on even wear. In fact they look no different to when we put them on. Were running then at around 2bar HOT in the front and 1.8bar Rear. Front will always go up more than the rear...
With or without the bearings isnt an issue for me. No one does them with the abs rings exept Renault. But I did manage to buy some pattern ones WITH the abs rings from ECP once
I got a set from euro car parts last year all built up with rings and bearings for about £75. When I rang back to get some more for a mate they didnt have a clue what I was talking about, even tho i had a part number

So 182 is fine as they dont come with one but if you have a 172 etc that comes with one but you left it at home, you are 'potentialy' liable for towing costs
Man, Dan is going to have such a big head he wont be able to fit it inside a crash helmet when I take him around mallory Park next weekend.
Very deserving tho, True legend of car photography. I just hope he can do weddings to the same standard.
I dont know much about it but if i could get cable i would.
Im currently with orange and the monthly fe include the line rental so some other companies may offer it this way too. Gets expensive/confusing if you have to pay BT aswell
I may have a pic somewhere, cant look right now coz photobucket is on strike.
Yes it is noticable, Its all the crap that is off line on the circuit. Marbles they call it sometimes in race comentry
sorry I didnt read your first reply properly. I wasnt sugesting getting an FRP inlet just a normal 1.7. Ive read that it doenst gain you power just mid range torque
Trust me it can be mental loud. I got my rear tyres off a mate who had used them at Brands. For the first 100miles it sounded like a machine gun going off randomly.
Be great if thats all it is, let us know
Have a look at the tyres, if there is loads of bits of rubber stuck to them then im pretty sure that will be it. Takes a few miles but will eventualy stop.
Or swap tyres front to rear and light the boy up :rasp:
Depending on budget.....
Cams with belt change. Matched inlets and de-aircon. If you can stretch to it switch to omex management and your ready for bodies at a later date
OR if your flush
Cambelt change and 'charge the bugger
