It looks like the facelift switch has a small control module on the bottom, I wouldn't be surprised if you can just fit the switch to activate it!

Welcome! Auto folding mirrors should be possible I believe they were standard on the facelift and the manual folding mirrors were an option on pre facelifts (you might already have that?)

Be easy to find one in the scrappy just grab everything that looks different

The base engines are the same so you in theory could swap the manifolds quite easily, if i was doing it id probably just swap the engine loom and ecu while i was at it and then it would definitely work 😂

Those are the non turbo plugs, according to the OPs post above with the photo that's a turbo engine. Just stick your reg into autodoc and order a set of NGKs, the turbo uses a specific plug and they don't run properly on the NA plugs

For 90% of run of the mill faults I found an OBD Bluetooth adaptor and torque pro was good enough. - I actually preferred it over rstuner. I use an Autel Maxicom MK900 these days as my go to for all cars, not cheap at £500 but money well spent if you regularly need one

This won't do anything. Unplug the TB and leave it disconnected for 30 seconds, once reconnected turn ignition on and leave it for 30 seconds before starting. When doing this you hear the TB running through a sequence (on the 1.2 16v anyway!) Or plug in diagnostic machine and reset adaptations
