Mine was done at a small local garage (before i bought it) I did the belt on my old 172 (with the locking tools) and it was fine.
Most others ran 160-165 standard at the rooling road day. Will post up my findings when i do the belt change
mine is down on power, found out at the rolling road day recently. I reckon mine is timed up wrong, wont find out for a month or so till ive got time and cash to do it.

They will tell u it wont come out as its plastic welded/riveted in. But it does.
Its held in by 4 screws iirc. easy to do as i had the dash out, i reckon it would be tricky with the dash in as you need to pull out the rivets. no need to replace them as the screws hold it ok
Mine was reading way high on the emissions test
. I got it hot/ragged it to the test centre too.
The tester just held it at 4000rpm untill it dropped.took bloody ages and i was getting worried. then he let the machine do the test by running at 3000rpm
