All you need to do is undo the 17mm bolt that holds the shock on each side...... of the rear beam (x2) thats it!!! Then just jack the car up to desired height ;)

Easier than butchering it in half imo. Handy if you have two trolly jacks mind!

Cup set up is not the same as a standard 172 set up. They have a stiffer rates. Sportlines you will love mind. I had pro lines on my cup before the H&R'sand loved them. Just didnt do it height wise for me :(

Stock Cup set up is very good. I'm currently driving round in a stock 182 cup packed, an its very good imo

Is it as off the shelf item? ie janspeed etc? Try getting your hands between the decat/baulkhead its impossible!!

The manifold can hit the steering rack when giving it some beans...... its very tight space wise. Sounds something like your new decat might be out of adjustment to me.

The 197 isn't loved on here. People seem to think thay are slow, they aren't!!!!!! They don't feel as quick, but in reality they are! Mate and i have had the 197 against my standard 182..... and there is f**k all in it tbh..... The 197 needs more working though, as the gears are tightly stacked...

I sold the car reasonably standard. Tbh i think the decat can exagerate (sp) the noise somewhat. I had a silenced janspeed decat at the time.

It's w**k in my eyes. Its a bloody shame as it looks and fits beautifully! It was up on their site as being a quiet exhaust, it quite clearly isn't. It also sounds like someone blowing into a bottle @ certain RPM!!!!. Its embarrasing imo!!!

The 'Renault sport' bit? If so no. Has different breather arrangement iirc
