The wheel is too big. I recently sold my 172 cup that had trendlines and a 320mm steering wheel. I have now got a 182. Couldn't beleive how high you sat and how big the wheel is. Put my trendlines in the 182 now and it helps bet the wheel is still HHHUUUGGE! Think i'll replace it again with a...

Cup is alightly quicker, no doubt feels keener. I now have a 182 and came from owning a 172 cup for nearly 3 yrs...... Plus points for the 182 are flashy xenon lights and climate. I have a 182 with the cup packs, so its supposed to be like a 172 cup with the comforts. I think it feels lacking...

Well it seems you cant turn off this feature. I just checked the book. I cant see why a stalk change wouldn't work..... but it looks and opertates the same as my cup one. The adjustment on the cup stalk affected to speed..... but on the 182 its for rain sensitivity :(

Is this just a myth though, i've not heard of many troubles on here? Yes they aint the most willing if rushed, but nothing major?

Really? just learnt something new lol. Its a speed adjuster on the Cup

On a cup it just changes the speed of the sweep, ie every 4 seconds or more on every turn

Well i know the Trophy doesn't even have an intermittent option! They just get a dynamique stalk, so yeah i think it would. I hate the bloody thing!! So much better in the Cup ;)

Yeah i want it on intermittant only(sp), not auto, as in i find them well annoying!!!

I shall look, they do me nut it!!!! if left on auto, the rear wash wipe comes on when reverse is selected, usually dry wiping the screen :(

spot on! They feel a bit flatter to drive (less brutal) but in reality they are pretty much on the same level
