Yup, although it's more a scramble for them as everyone wants it out the way so they can get on track...massive queues last year so if you are doing it go for your briefing as early as possible.

I had new linkage bushes all round at 70k so mine's not too bad at the moment. I'm thinking of a quickshift to reduce the throw forward for 3rd which because of my long legs is a bit of a stretch.

I'm with markhinton on this - it is pointless in higher gears hanging on past 6,500 rpm.
It's all about the torque - that's what accelerates the car, and you have none above 6,500 rpm...and masses from 5,000 up to 6,500...
^^^ from 6,500 EVERYTHING is going downhill.
In the lower gears...
Here's mine. Can't say I've noticed much difference from it, but this combined with taking the power steering off saw my curve go from 176 bhp at peak up to 186 bhp (shows a small loss below 4k now but goes like a banshee above 5k)...most of which was probably down to the steering pump...
