Yeah managed to get 100% before I had to induce coughing, then within seconds I got the last person infected, devolved everything and got caught, didn't have enough points to make the disease fatal enough before all the scientists wiped it out :(

99% of the world infected so far and NO ONE has noticed my fungus yet. This should be easy pickings.

I've been starting it in Central Africa, spreading it, then once I've got enough DNA points I bash the spores. Spread it like wildfire but make sure I devolve ALL symptoms as they appear to avoid detection and people working on the cure. I got to 78% last time.

Did you check the cylinders prior to belt change, or remove the plugs? Surely it could be the rocker cover not sealed correctly which would allow the oil in the spark plugs?
