Drives just fine...a little softer/more squidgy...but you've really got to be driving at 11/10ths to notice.
Worth it for the increased variety of rubber available alone. The cheap price is a bonus.

I mention about not being able to afford to REPLACE them, and I get abuse followed by a link to a thread showing how they can cost effectively be RE-BUILT.

Can't say I've noticed any difference low down, still kicks up at 4k, then again much harder at 5k.
Does seem to pull harder through from 5k though, and continues right through 7k too.
Difficult to tell, as it always had enough to spin the wheels in 2nd before this change so can't feel...

I ran a set (orange) for a while...had brake fade problems with Pagid Blues so swapped for some TSWs and I've been fine since.

I can't say my ITG panel filter made a difference to the performance.
Definitely did to my wallet though.
ITG foam panel filter = £47 x1 = 102k miles = £47.
Renault paper filter = £15 x17 = 102k miles = £255.
So yes, in the long run they're worth it.
