As above really, i did a rear beam on mines and uprated it to a disc one whilist i was at it. I would recomend a drop of 40-50mm with the front matching if poss.

Hmm I dont see why that would cause any problems? The bar will no go in any further, so im really not sure of the problem. maybe price a bar up and if they are cheap enough just change that/

Ha ha nice one! Right up date. Police came, took statement etc. Tapes being checked tommorrow, phoned Pinewood (secruity compnay) unfotunatly the car was parked too far away from the sensors so the alarm didnt go off down at pinewood head office, so no one seen them do what they did...
