yeah i did run a viper for a wee bit, no major running problems, just wasn't impressed with it, i now run an itg panel filter with the cold airfeed (from the viper) I have removed the acoustic valve and cut the feed into the airbox. The feed is ran into the passenger arch lining

look at the pic, the plate has a bar that runs under the tailpipes. When fitted to the car,this bar runs above the tailpipes to the mount on the box you arrowed
