A few hundred quid to buy it and a few hundred to pay someone to fit it for you. Certainly a lot cheaper than buying a new car and you can sell your 1.2 engine and get some money back off of that.

Is this whilst driving or whilst under braking? Have you had it serviced at all recently?

Just reset the battery and cleaned all the gunk off of the negative terminal and replaced the immobiliser fuse. Just trial started it a couple of times and both times it fired up and sat at just over 1k rpm. So fingers crossed now and hope the problem doesn't come back. However if it does...

What do you mean by door trims? If it's plastic you will need plastic primer.
