We've already started contacting people but like Dan said this is a fact finding thread more than anything.
We know how to go about organising a day, it's whether there's demand for it or not.
I imagine it would be a member event and not restricted to Clio's, however we're just at the research stage atm so who knows. If there isn't demand for it we won't organise it.
I've found Brentacre great and have been with them for 2 years now. My renewal is due soon so will be interesting to see what they quote.
22 - 5yncb - crap area - 6 points in the past 5 years. I'm presuming the latter is going to arse rape me. Hopefully it will be sub £900.
Do not f**k about with CLIP if you don't know what you're doing. You can f**k up so many things so easily. It's also extremely expensive, and requires updates (££££) fairly often. Dodgy versions can be acquired but you need the correct interface which isn't cheap.
T1r's are not a good all round tyre. They're horrendous in the wet and they are 'OK' if you get them warm. Couldn't wait to get them off my 182. Since going through that ordeal i've not put anything other than PE2's on it. Best all round tyre out there IMO. Last for ages (My last set went though...
The gear knob insert in my 182 is screwed so I bought some 3m carbon vinyl off ebay for £3. Have got the gear decal coming as well.
Do I simply wrap the insert, slap on the decal and lacquer over it? Or would a clear vinyl be better?
Thanks :)
