They push 120bhp standard. Once its been 'chipped' it should run about 160-170. Not crazy bhp but enough. I have one that i have built with a T25, wild cam and alot of headwork. That one will run 200bhp!

Need to get a catch can also. Anyone know best place for them?? Heard bad stories about some on Ebay :S
