So i'm well out of warranty! I thought it might have been for the entirety of my 24month contract :(

How long is the warranty on these? I'm aboutt 18 months into my phone contract I think.

It died at work today, after going from 100% to 20% in about 3 hours. So it has been on charge for the last 45mins, and because the cable keeps falling out it still isn't on! :( I definitely think I need to do the update.

Having a problem with my charging port atm.. it seems the charger just falls out sometimes. I've tried numerous chargers and different angles. It will be charging fine, then 10 minutes later it won't be on charge anymore.

What about all those thousands of spirited drives people have? Mine is on 105k, numerous spirited drives since Rentech did my cambelt a while ago, and yet to go bang like yours has. The difference is, I had mine done properly. Don't be a push over! Touch wood.
