    Always, and not just when making progress either. It's essential to prolong the life of your clutch + gearbox, and also helps to keep the car balanced when braking and entering a turn.

    I'm still on my original bearings after 67k miles and countless track/airfield days. Sounds like something else is causing it in your case...either that or you keep getting bearings from a bad batch.

    I'm waiting on a boss at the moment and have already chosen my wheel :) The rearview mirrors...grrrrrrrr! The mount was still set high-up from when I filmed a speedo vid - I just forgot about it and didn't realise untill I got home after the trackday...definitely down for the next one...
