As most will know i am building a clio T using a B18ft from a Volvo, now the engine is being fully re-built new rings, bearings etc etc so whats the best way to run it in, heard a couple of diffrent ways and need to the right/best way. cheers Dave :)

You dont want to know, well maybe you do but i dont want to say. Coilovers cost me £475 so its not a cheap project. Car bought for £800 about a year ago, full re-spray and lots lots more Spent well over 3 times what i got the car for :(
