Putting them in phase, will get the problem your having. Swap the wires around and see if it helps. :)

Clio's are standard ISO that should plug into the back of your new Cd player :)

It should fit sraight into standard clio wiring. You need to vist your local motor factor to get a steering control adaptor. Cost around £32
