No bother mate will keep you informed. You have to rember the other things like brake upgrades (just put Willy ones on mine) and some proper suspension (coilovers on the way). Other things like getting it rebuilt, new shells, bearings, rigs etc, my enginering shop bill will be around the £600...
Ok so i have found a 16v bonnet in a scrap yard, the car had a fire under the bonnet, so its a bit burnt! The guy only wants £20 for it . Its also a little bent on the front edge, worth it or not.

I am in the process of doing this just now, you need engine, a clio gerarbox, 16v driveshafts, ECU, Rsi engine mounts, custom made down-pipe. Think thats it, its not a straight forward fit and there is problems with the drivers side engine mount. The volvo head sometimes only has two bolt holes...
Dont worry dude we were tidying out the garage and found them (not ours) we jammed them under the car and took a pic. Its a pi$$ take so stay calm! lol

Yes williams or 16v brakes will fit. They are the same. they use 260mm disc and are about 10million times better than Rt ones. You need the calipers,carriers and bolts (obviously new pads and disc's 2). I have just done the same on my Rt, was really pretty straight forward. Heres some pics for...
Got my new brakes on (cheers nighticon for the calipers). I went from Rt brakes to 16v ones and the diffrence in braking performance is unreal. Fill the wheels better too.
