I always watch them putting my tyres on, as I can see for myself if any damage is caused. At least you took the best course of action and get a resolution to it while you were there.

Maybe its the (on average) 50% extra tyre cost. I've never driven on 17's so can't really comment, but id be fairly confident that they don't command a premium over 15"! 15's suit the clio better as well I reckon. Nice motor in the OP though!

I can see why you read it like that, but the way I read it was they would rather buy an original one, which i'm sure that the masses would rather do that. I like the colour, but would never buy it because it isn't original Renault spec. If i'm buying a vee personally i'd want all the Renault...
