If you find me a 12 point 55mm socket in 3/8 I’ll buy you a box of quality street.

Didn’t work on full charge, balls. So would a 1/2” work if I bought a body only?!

Can’t be bothered to get a pic! Although I fucked up and my big socket is actually 1” drive so had to use 2...

I’m a bit drunk but that’s awesome thank you! Is that a 3/8”? Maybe you could undo my nuts sometime?
  12. Pep

    Power Tool Perverts

Ah that would be rubbish as very overkill for 1 nut! Or I could chuck the bike in the van and drive over to you for a real life test? Ive always avoided this thread as it’s a slippery slope with tools, this would be a steady start of stuff I barely need. Added the ratchet as I want a free cup.

    Power Tool Perverts

Thanks mate, looks decent enough. I’m sick of swinging around a 1200mm breaker bar and risking damaging the wheel! It’s a big diameter, 55mm socket but not actually sure on the thread diameter. If you fancied doing a test that would be awesome! Pretty sure it’s 1/2” drive socket so I’d need a...

How much is a battery…any links? Id prefer one to corded but I don’t want to just screw the battery up by it barely being used and be a waste. Is that still a thing or are lithium’s ok standing for a while?

    Power Tool Perverts

Not expecting a great response but I’m after a corded impact that will undo a 230nm nut. It’s for my bike rear wheel that I’ll always have 240v power to remove and use it about 10 times a year so no point having a battery that will end up fucked. Any recommendations?

    £12k BG 182!

£12k including a massive scratch on the glove box and no one wanted to clean between the Renault badge. Bargain.

Finished up at Donington on a bike trackday and walked into heaven. I’ve never seen anything so ridiculous in my life. Counted 12 LaF’s minimum. Walked round once and left my phone in the van so only bothered to grab these on a second look. Supercardriver secret meet there tomorrow and only 10%...

Track day phone holders.. whats best

Seriously though, I use a SkyPro GPS receiver and then the RaceChrono app. I put my phone in my pocket and just look at the times when I’ve come in, far too much distraction looking whilst you’re driving. Sash is right but they never check or care.

    LY kangoo 172

The stock reservoir already has a vent hole in the cap so the 90deg fitting pushes straight into there, it just sprays a fine mist across the engine bay on track previously but obviously didn’t want to block it off completely. I’ve kept extra length of the rubber hose so I can unscrew the cap...

The PAS fluid always overflows on M3’s on track so the common fix is a cheap bike brake fluid reservoir to give some extra room for expansion, can see mine on the left of the bay. Cost about £7 so might be worth a try?
