www.overexposure.com Seems to be the same old shite with these modified clios. That tells me that A) They're unreliable B) They're hard to live with dails C) They're not as good as people boast about on here.

    Spraying side strips

You need to sand them down first. You need pearl black paint - Halfords sell it pre mixed for 5 quid a tin. Bob round one weekend if you want I will give you a hand with it.

Not personally, but he viewed a car for me before and he's a really knowledgable and helpful guy  Loads of people on here have used him and I haven't heard a bad word said about him. Put it this way, if you go to him you won't get fucked about!

How can I tell the cambelt has been changed?

Just noticed you're in Sheffield! If you're going to do it get it done by a specialist (you need special tools to do the 1*2 cambelts and not everyone has them). I take my car to birchdown which is in cheshire (ish). Alternatively you have BTM performance which is in Birmingham!

How can I tell the cambelt has been changed?

Bad times :( i'd get it done dude. £400 for a belt change vs 2k+ for a new engine fitted. No brainer.

They do. That's why they ask you the milage of your car when you take out a policy. If you tell them 3k and you have done 30k they won't pay out.
