Think its roughly about 40mm, it just reduces the massive gap nicely between the tyre and the wheel arch and doesn't affect the ride too much. I got the springs from K-tec and got my mate to fit 'em!

Yeah, I'm into my bmxing lol It's not a Cup no, I got the wheels done black and lowered it on H&R springs. The spoiler isn't standard either, and I've had the ECU re-mapped and an ITG filter... goes well lol
