Been covered plenty of times mate :) Renault send you a letter if your car hasn't been done. If anyone is unsure the dealership have records of whether your car has been done or not, so give them a call.

I would get your money back and take the car to a specialist. Birchdown are only a bit outside of Manchester.

Are oxygen sensors the same as Lambda sensors? As if not that's the first thing I would have changed. Mine is fucked and emissions light comes on from time to time, however I have a code reader which allows me to clear it off myself :)

Only Renault can code a key to a car. A key can only be coded to a car once. I.E If those keys are second hand they are useless. Average price for a key to be bought and programmed from Renault is around £150

Gray picked some up for £700 however I believe he got them stupid cheap :S If they were available for the cup packed 182 i'd have sacked off the ktec ones and bought the KW's. Don't get me wrong the KTEC ones are brilliant, but Grays car is brilliant-er.

I'd really spend the extra money and get KW v2. Work harder!

Respray to get it 100% but you can get it at about 70/80% with some knowhow.

Do it yourself it's easy! If not, I reckon a garage would charge about £20 a corner. Also if you pay your membership there is a really good guide in the members area of how to do it ;)
