It suprises me really as when you actually look at it next to another car it's not even noticeable! The 3/4 plates (short sided) are more obvious though than these.
Well i've done over 60 miles in it and the noise hasnt returned.. I have noticed that my gear changing in 2nd and 1st seems to be getting tougher though.. looking at dogbone mount? I'll have a wiggle of the top bush. How would i know if it's the dogbone?
Yeah please! Although I went out for another drive today and it wasn't doing it at all! Really weird... would it be intermittent? Is there a way to test it? My clios just a 1.2 mk2.
Today after about 20 odd miles on the motorway my car started making a weird whining type sound which was intermittent but definitely there only when letting off the accelerator. What are we thinking this will be?
It didn't seem to be doing it when i went for a drive then but it was definitely...
Not even had time to fit mine! Kind of worried of messing it up too... I'll fit my rear tomorrow, making a 5dr rep so might save my front plate? Don't know though.
They'll send you a PayPal invoice and you just pay over that @Richpowell
Would it be worth making this more visible so that other people could order before spending more at fancy plates?

Will try get them fitted to my clio later and take some pictures but this is all I...
I just got another reply from ProPlates.co.uk who have the smaller 820x85 number plates in stock. The price for these are £10.99 + Postage (£2.50). I have placed an order for both front and rear number plates which comes to £20.98 + postage for the set.
I hold no connection to this website by...
Well when the quality of these plates is seen would there be a way to make this thread more visible so that people would be able make their choice a bit better with an alternative?
@LCJK123 Try ringing up fancyplates and telling them you're a cliosport member, should refund you some money back...
I got this reply too, then by stating it was just for shows he told me that he knew people kept them on the cars anyway and requested to see the V5 before actually going further so I didn't bother. Seemed to be it was 23.95 for one plate too.
Just waiting now for proplates to order their plates...
I believe so yeah. I think they're going to show the plates as stock on their website in the future though as a selection in the builder but in the time being you have to email them.
