40mm are the lowest you can go with sports on springs. Do you have no sence of measurement though, get a ruler and see how big 40mm actually is, it's hardly going to be silly low is it. Will just fill the arches better.

Not sure why you're comparing power gains to a sport, completely different engines etc so there is no correlation. RS Tuning got an extra 8bhp out of a 1.2 16v I think by remapping it, which is pretty decent, 10% power gain.

They will be 40mm, probably Apex, as it's a sport, lowest springs you can buy.
