Yeh mate. I tend to soak mine in a bit of megs APC for a day then press all the water and polish out then leave it to dry on the radiator... Instead of APC you can also use washing up liquid but it requires more effort getting the dirt off!

because the base of the ariel get fucked - from water and other stuff.

Base of the ariel may be fucked... open boot and remove the back bit of the roof lining and see if you can see it

Yeh mate - find out where the tyres are rubbing on the arch (you will be able to see due to marks from the tyres.) take the arch lining out and just cut them up

Cut a whole in the top of the arch linings mate - A rectangle shape. Stop rubbing then and you still retain the arch linings. Dont remove the linings - the protect the engine/pullys etc. EDIT: i will get you a pic of my arches later when i get time so you know what i mean

wont cost loads for a blow in/blend from a body shop fella. got quoted £50 at a local place round here... Yeh its not ideal but its not mega bux. Still a right c**t though.
