    Does everyone who buys disc and pads from Kwik fit tell there insurance? No different IMO. Only told my insurance cos the price didn't go up.

    New gearbox oil made mine better, i replaced it at 13k anyway when i picked up the car, the oil will be near 3 years old now if not older get it done, but use the proper stuff.

    Wish i had air tools, snapped 3 allen keys and a spanner trying to undue my drivers side top mount. just make sure both wheels are jacked up, don't do a side at a time on the fronts, makes it easier.

    Yeah, take wheel off, undue brake caliper, then undue big nut in centre of the disc and and it just slides off.
