Uprated exhaust manifolds are very expensive and only really worth it if you're going high comp/big power N/A say with throttle boddies. Quite a lot go for full system with decat, obviously come MOT time you'll need a cat. I'm happy with my Milltek system that came with the car. The Scorpion...

I'm sure when I watched mine being done a few years ago that the engine was turned over via the crank pulley. Could be wrong though.

Not got a clue on the actual conversion, but the meganes use two cables to the selector whereas the clio is a rod as you know.

Clutch is hydraulic, the gear selector is on top of the box instead of underneath on the clio, 6 speed, takes less oil than a clio box.

Don't buy the cheap stuff. Get this from Demon Tweeks/JJC, you get 5 stainless steel ties with it for free too...

Engine needs to come out to do the belts on a v6 :openmouth: You are best off importing a kit and the tools from the UK. You might want to try and get hold of the Renault technical manual for how to change the belts. It's going to cost you quite a lot.

They do have a friction coefficient of 0.6 which is quite a lot compared to RC5/6 and DS1.11's.
