Like JCC says . Any decent powder coater will sort out any damage . Ring the powder coaters and ask them if they require any sort of prep work , which i doubt very much . Don't bother filling , sanding .... yourself , let the experts do their job .You might actually end up causing them more...

My link works for me ;) Magnex did go into administration about 2 years ago , looks like they've started up again . I'd go for the yozza exhaust myself , the build quality is second to none . I'm more than happy with mine , not too loud with the standard cat , loud when decatted .

It's hell of alot louder with the de cat on , i'm running mine with the Cat on at the minute due to MOT and to be honest i've not noticed any difference performance wise . WD40 on your black plastic bits , better than any back to black type product , on a cloth and rub it in . Job done !!

Tbh , i only ever ring them back with a good lower quote when i've exhausted all avenues . They will only usually beat a quote once from my experience , they wont keep doing it . Its never failed for me and i paid £200 less than the renewal they sent me and less than the previous years premium ...
