If you know for sure it wasn't recalled and change back in 2007/08 when they first recalled them , you could always ring Renault Customer services and tell them you're concerned there might be a problem with your catch ;) Maybe that'll help speed up getting a letter out to you ? Worth a try for...
That would have been me . I was just gonna post the same , spotted ya a couple of bays down . Like the slash cut exhaust . What is it ?
Just gonna inbox you . I need a bit of info :D
Just a guess . But maybe you had a bit of s**t in the bottom of your washer bottle and with you letting it run out it's dragged the s**t up into the pipes to your washer jets ? Try disconnecting the pipes and operating the washers , see if it squirts ok out of the pipes . If they do your jets...
Personally i wouldn't waste my money on it . Refitted my decat at the beginning of February , no light on the dash so far . Last time i ran mine with a decat , the light came on once . I just reset it with one of those OBDII scanners and it never came on again . If i were you i'd get your new...
No , all MK2 Clios have the same floor , be it a 1.2 , 1.5 diesel , 1*2 etc ..... the manufacturer of the mats is wrong
Just looked on mrcarmats website . And like you say , there is only one option and that's for MK2 Clios 1998 - 2005 , which your 172 most definitely is . Plus the fact you...
Get your fingernails under each side and pull like hell . It will come off but it's a stubborn bugger lol . It does feel like it's gonna snap but it won't .
Another one for the BTM here . That's based purely on A. Looks . Out of all the 182 exhausts i've seen , i think think this looks the best B. I have an original Yozza exhaust , so if the quality is comparible then it will be top quality C. Fred wouldn't sell any old s**t . He's on here day and...
I'd say that was too high . If you look at the original hangers the hole is central but give quite a bit cos they're not that strong . Personally i wouldn't go much more than a couple of mm above centre as the poly bushes won't give that much .
Your talking about a headup display unit . Just a few ideas of what you're looking for , on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_trksid=p3984.m570.l1313&_nkw=headup+display&_sacat=0&_from=R40
I agree with Joe . One , maybe just above centre and slightly bigger . If you drill 3 , one on top of the other i would imagine the top would be too high and the bottom one too low .
It's extremely doubtful as they'll want a trained Renault technician to change it , not Joe Bloggs off the street . If they're offering to change it FOC it's a no brainer to me , just get it done .
Just checked back and mine are the 7 led too . I had this guy in my saved sellers list . But they look exactly the same . No need to spend silly money on sidelights when you can get em for a couple of quid off ebay :D
I'm running these , from this seller . Been in for over 12 months now with no problems . Match the Xenons perfectly and actually do throw out a bit of light . But i've also had similar looking ones that failed within a few weeks ...
What £6.98 delivered ? It's not exactly going to break the bank . They're not something you see for sale that often as i would imagine they always get sold with the headlight itself .
Will that do ya ?

Like Jhead says , it's a bit of a lottery . I've had a few sets , all costing a couple of quid . Some have lasted a couple of weeks then one or two of the leds has failed but the ones i have in now are identical to these in the link on ebay and i've been running them for over 12 months now with...
That's actually a very good point you've made there . If you turn down the offer to have the catch fixed knowing there's a potential problem and then the bonnet did come open at a later date and cause alot of damage , how would your insurance company deal with the claim ? Depending on the...
Either will suffice ;) . The recall letter may has well been written in Polish because obviously some people don't understand the difference in the catch being checked over and offered a replacement FOC if needs be or having it checked and offered free lubrication and advice because it's already...
As said before . If your letter states they'll check it and if they find a problem they'll offer to fix the problem for £95+VAT , then it'll already have been recalled and replaced for a previous owner and Renaults records will show this . Renault won't recall and rectify this problem every so...
The sticker could have come off ! Mine wasn't stuck on that well when i had it changed a few weeks ago so i pulled it off and stuck it my service history booklet with the recall letter . Just for proof that it's been done .
