    Powerflow tomorrow...

I'm willing to bet that the majority of people who say stay away from Powerflow haven't actually had any experience of their exhausts . More than likely it'll be a mate of a mate of mate of a mates cousin who's exhaust was sh1te ;) I've seen more postive posts about Powerflow than negative...

    Mmm coolant

I wouldn't keep topping up with water if i was you . Water isn't as efficient as coolant at keeping your engine cool plus you run the risk off it freezing in the radiator . Ideally it should be mixed in a ratio of 60:40 antifreeze to water to work most efficiently .

    wheel brushes

I use one of these . Not exactly a brush but it is for the wheels and is better than any brush ive used . http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_196205_langId_-1_categoryId_165486

    Photo to dvd/cd help

I've made slideshows of jpegs into avi's before just using windows " moviemaker " . The problem with alot of free or trial software is that they sometimes put a watermark on them or limit you to how much content you can add . I found this one , never used it myself but it says " The brief...

    problem with trip computer

The cold weather affects batteries . Mine does this when it's around 2 degrees or lower , when the weather warms up it doesn't do it . But it is a sign that the battery's getting old and due for a change in the near future .

2 Reason's not to put carbon pillar covers on

What did you use to get the adhesive off ? Autoglym intensive tar remover would have shifted that easy i would have thought , it eats through adhesive with ease .

182 lambda sensor part number ?

Does anybody have the part number for the lambda sensor for a 182 ? Is the sensor specific to the 182 or is it used right across the range of Renaults ?

    Oil cap cover

Epoxy resin will stick it . It's a bad design , you have to pull it hard to get the cover off then you run the risk of the metal clip breaking off . Take the whole engine cover off for an oil change . Thats what i always do when it goes into the dealers ;)

    Induction Kit

Not all induction kits are open . I have a green air filter on mine but it's in a custom enclosure with 2 airfeeds . My PUG 306 S16 had an open k+n filter with no enclosure and a good supply of air . It never suffered from the mythical heat soak even on hot days :) It made stock power on...

    Difference between 172 and 182.

That wasn't actually what the OP was asking .He wanted a comparison between a standard 172 and 182 , not one with any mods :quiet: My 182 with cup packs handles better than my 172 did , all my opinion of course . But other than that there is no difference performance wise . The release of...

    Induction Kit

^^^ I'm assuming it's the cotton gauze type like a k+n , green etc .... ? You won't really notice a huge difference , but its a filter that is designed to be cleaned on a regular (ish ) basis . Autoglym interior shampoo sprayed on the outside then rinse water through the filter from the...

    Difference between 172 and 182.

Exhaust manifold , different map and less restrictive cat on the 182 . In the real world there is no difference in terms of performance .

Wheels cleaned with a brillo pad

If it's only the lacquer that is scratched the wheels should polish up ok by hand . Try the carlack 68 duo or Meguiars scratch X http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/polishing/polish/car-lack-68-hand-polish-kit/prod_359.html

Which exhaust? Milltek / Ktec ultra performance?

Have you considered a yozzasport exhaust ? I can't comment on the sound as yet . Hopefully gonna fit mine in the next few days ( weather permitting ) The photo on the website really doesn't do it justice . You have to see it in real life , you just know the build quality is second to none...

    getting out of contracts

From my experience contracts are pretty much water tight , there is lots and lots of small print . I was told i'd have to pay abut £360 to come out of my 3 contract which was only 1 month old . If it was easy to come out of a contract a hell of laot of people would do it . Once the phone...
