^^^ I don't know where you get the idea the plugs are good for 100k . The recommended interval is 72k or 5 years . Personally i'd change them before that . Mine only last 30k on my old 172 .
The amount of shampoo in the water is tiny , a couple of capfulls in 25 litres . You can actually use Karchers as pumps , for emptying things like fish ponds . As long as the pump is powerful enough inside the pressure washer you should have no problems using my method ;)
The fault i find with those foam guns is they run out of shampoo too early , they are just too small . They do foam well though but obviously only at low pressure , i use mine from time to time with any shampoo and it always seems to produce decent amounts of foam . No need to spend loads on...
^^ I use warm water and shampoo at high pressure , shifts the majority of the dirt before i attack it with the washmitt and 2 buckets . It depends how good your pressure washer is tbh . Karchers are designed to be used as pumps so they are good for sucking up water as in the method i use :)
I wouldn't waste my money on these expensive foam lances tbh . If you already have a decent pressure washer do what i do . You get plenty of foam at alot higher pressure than these lances .
You sure they are genuine Trophy wheels and not 172 cup Turinis ? Trophy wheels normally come with 205's on . Having said that , if they are Trophy wheels they will be fine with 195's on .
ConvertXtoDVD is the best program out there for converting avi's into dvd's .Just click on " file " then " add video " then " convert " job done . It'll burn it for you as well . Have a play about with th settings , different menus etc....It's pretty self explanatory tbh .
When you use a pressure washer you use your common sense obviously . If you have any stone chips or paint damage just be careful around those areas . It also depends on the type of lance you use . If you use one with a fine pencil jet then the risk of damage can increase . Personally i use a...
Looking at those pics ,a refurb is the only way to sort them out . Even the legendary fairy power spray won't shift that if it's burnt into the paint which it looks like it has .
I found them shite in the wet on my 172 , wouldn't ever have Toyos again . There are alot better tyres out there . Exaltos would be my choice everytime .
Autoglym engine and machine cleaner , minimal amount of water to rinse off , cover any electrics , some old microfibre cloths and brushes . Dress the whole engine with Autogym vinyl and rubber care , take it for a blast to dry if off . Voila !
Never used the Turtle wax ice , but i regularly use Turtle wax " wax it wet " . It's really good stuff for using when you don't have much time . Its probably same as the the Duragloss aquawax , spray it on when it's wet then wipe off with a microfibre cloth .Cost's about 4 quid from Tescos or 6...
