    When does teh 172 top mount knock happen?

    Is it a sort of banging sound mate?? Iain did his top and bottom mounts last week and it still does it....he thinks it could be the drivers side drive shaft on his, give me a listen to it on sat night and i'll try n help.

    I've used both as John said... Both as good as each other tho i found the the f1 breaks away a bit more cleanly than the PE2 maybe due to the tread pattern but as i said both as good as each other. When i come to replacing in a few months it'll be the PE2's again.
