Just put a lab coat on from your Apparel. Lesco's Lab Coat adds 10 to Science. I always use them on Terminals I cant hack. Sometimes I need a Repair of 90 to repair a weapon, and I only have 86. I simply don my Vault 101 Suit. +5 Repair :)
