Be warned thats the final mission, and you wont be able to do anything else after you've completed it. So if you want to continue your questing and adventuring, dont do that mission yet.

My tip for early on : Put your first skills into Repair and Small Guns/Big Guns/Melee/Unarmed (whichever you'll be using most). Choose Comprehension as a Perk, and Quick Learner. IIRC.

Yeah, once you discover somewhere, you can fast travel to that point again. Just make sure you're not weighing too much with apparel and that enemies arent in the vicinity. Open the Pip Boy, hover over Megaton, click on A to Fast Travel. Done. Thank f*ck for that feature, TBH. Its like...

There's an expansion pack being released, but I think its next year. Know nothing about the trophy thing though.
