Depends on the phone. They're usually stored on the phone though. I think you can transfer them to SIM on some models.

I phoned them up. They can offer Sky HD for £199 plus the £60 installation fee. They will also put our Sky+ box upstairs for multiroom (replacing the current standard Sky box) for free. Will I be able to knock them down from £199 for the HD box? They seemed pretty sure they wouldnt knock...
