Not having ABS is better for normal driving, ABS is good for above situation, when you suddenly need to stop in a panicking way, simple as that.

If i'm honest i think my ABS comes on way to much, in my old corsa i didn't have abs and it was fine.

Well in halfords the cheap 2 year stuff is green and the expesnive 5 year stuff is pink.

It's the springs that hold the car up, all the dampers do is stop your car going like a pogo stick when you hit a bump lol. Thats why you can't push them down/pull them back up fast.
