The smell could be due to having no cat mate. Mine stinks sometimes but its not really an oily smell like you describe its more a fuel smell

Should be ok depending how much you put in. If you only filled the coolant bottle from min to max then i cant see it being a problem. If in doubt you could always bleed and refill the system

You might be better asking nick to use an up rated fuel pressure regulator instead of the PBV. Thats what i had done with my inlets and the fueling was spot on. I had a flat spot at about 2000-3000rpm after my inlets were done and the feul reg fitted. Then when i changed to a group n ecu it...
