Always fall into one of those brackets. Sometimes its best to not mention it. Instead of saying "car meet with fellow owners in a car club" its always easier to say "pub with mates" :D
I would agree with above, anything up to a grand. However if they are a genuine limited edition and there are some ford collectors out there you never know. I remember seeing an Austin something or other advertised near me for something like £3000 and i thought it was worth 500 but it sold...
Yeah that would be biff. He wouldnt have seen you tho as would be too busy looking at his new H/U !! :rasp:
Oh and he wont reply as he is banned for a bit iirc
Should be ok depending how much you put in. If you only filled the coolant bottle from min to max then i cant see it being a problem.
If in doubt you could always bleed and refill the system
We have a corsa 1.1i as a little run around and really i cant fault it. Its not going to set the world on fire granted but for my girlfriend to run the shops and back a few times a week and go out for lunch etc cant fault it. Its a 53 plate and its never skipped a beat really and had far less...
Hope its nobody off here :(
I have seen my fair share of accidents as i travel about 40k a year for work up and down the uk. Never a pretty sight and always feel bad when i pass them. Its not a good feeling.
Hope they are ok although it sounds bleak my the damage you said
You might be better asking nick to use an up rated fuel pressure regulator instead of the PBV. Thats what i had done with my inlets and the fueling was spot on. I had a flat spot at about 2000-3000rpm after my inlets were done and the feul reg fitted. Then when i changed to a group n ecu it...
I did not at anytime make a personal accusation against you or anyone else on here and didnt mention any names, didnt once make reference to anyone mum or stoop to that level.

P.S. you did say that 80bhp cams would run in a well ran in redtop engine
Anyways i gotta go now as notourious will want his dinner on the table soon ;)
All we did was answer it. We all said you cant get 80bhp from cams alone and we were right.
I cant be bothered trying to talk sense to you anymore with the comments you have been coming out with trying to start a slanging match.
Unfortunatly this thread should have died ages, bloody...
There were many straight comments regarding your question and many an imformative post about why you cannot run really wild cams in a standard road car engine but you didnt listen to any of them and resorted to insults etc...
Hmmmm how old are you again?
You seem to know f-all about cars and the same amount about being mature and sensible? Still back to school in a week or so isnt it?
Got your uniform sorted yet? new pencil case? etc etc?
Seriously is this thread still going???
Most people come on car forums to learn more about there cars and what they can do with them. With that in mind why are you here??
This is turning into one hell of a long thread and considering that the information is niether correct nor informative from...
Nothing wrong with it if the job is done properly.
Lots of modified engines out there running absolutley perfect. A lot of the problems if not all the problems with modifying an engine is down to either poor workmanship in the fitting or poor quality mapping.
For example a car on throttle...
