I wouldn't use non genuine, that'll be the reason they're all low resistance but the same. Wont be anything to do with the temperature

They were doing fronts with a free set of rears a while back. Think it was about £120. Now for the rear pads alone it's about £70 which I refused to pay 😂 Standard brembo rears have felt identical so far and I've still got air in my brakes.

Proplates do them, I got some gel plates for my brother at Christmas and they were great quality

I've a Sun Joe tyre inflator and its fantastic! Cant count how many times it pumped up tyres before dying. I even used it to press out the pistons from my brembos 😂 Think I got it for christmas 2019 and its had 1 charge.

Still looked leak free this morning but a used caliper I bought arrived and it was in much better condition. So being a pussy I decided to swap it as I dont want my brakes failing. Sliders lubed up, pistons removed cleaned and relubed then fitted. Peace of mind etc.

Just been out and the caliper appears to be leak free! I'll go for a drive tomorrow and then double check again.

After discovering the above issue, the clio was off the road for the week whilst waiting for parts to arrive. In the meantime I cleaned up the carriers to bare metal and painted them anthracite. Genuine rear discs and brembo pads arrived from @Kev@KAM. Went for brembo rears this time over...

Is the main seal the one around the piston? Ik struggling to find any for 50/corner, especially at short notice! Might have to wince and pay ecp prices. Just dont want the whole system to leak dry!
